For each of the past eleven years, our own Jerry Squadrito has organized a blue water fishing tournament to benefit the Special Olympics of Broward County. This year's tournament will be on Saturday,  30 July 2011, with the captains' meeting and kick-off party on the 29th.

We are always looking for sponsors to help offset the considerable expenses of this event, allowing the Men’s Club to maximize its donation to the Special Olympics. We welcome any donations, regardless of size, and encourage local businesses to provide any promotional products they may have available that could be used as prizes or raffle items. In the past we’ve received everything from pens, caps, shirts, hats, to electronics, fishing gear, and even gift certificates for goods and/or services.
